Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to Fullspan’s website and services. “Fullspan”, “we” and “us” refer to Fullspan. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Fullspan on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Fullspan is intended for business use by people aged 18 or over. A separate agreement signed with us takes precedence where it expressly conflicts with these terms.

2. Your account and workspace

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account, connected tools and workspace. Workspace owners manage membership, permissions and billing.

Only connect accounts and upload or share information you are authorised to use. You are responsible for the notices, permissions and lawful grounds needed to process information about your colleagues, clients, prospects and other people.

3. Research, AI and your review

Fullspan uses automated research and AI to organise information, monitor accounts and prepare suggested actions, drafts and other work. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Check sources and review outputs before relying on them, sharing them or making business decisions.

You control the integrations, assignments and permissions you enable. Some authorised tasks run on a schedule. Saved email and LinkedIn drafts require your review and explicit Send action. Review recipients, facts, pricing, rights and scope before sending messages or publishing content. Fullspan does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue or any particular business outcome.

4. Acceptable use

You must use Fullspan lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, unsolicited unlawful messaging or other illegal activity.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality rights, or connect accounts without permission.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, extract another workspace’s data, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service.
• Evade usage limits or use connected services in breach of their terms.

5. Your content and our service

You retain your rights in the information and materials you provide. You give Fullspan permission to host, copy, process and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, including through the providers and integrations described in our Privacy Policy.

As between you and Fullspan, you may use the outputs produced for your workspace for your business purposes, subject to any third-party rights. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. Fullspan retains its rights in the service, software, branding and underlying technology.

6. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Prices, billing periods, applicable taxes and any introductory offer are shown at checkout or in your agreement with us. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. An introductory discount applies only for the stated period; subsequent periods are charged at the disclosed renewal price. You authorise our payment provider to collect those charges.

Workspace owners can manage billing and cancel through Billing. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not itself request a refund. Failed payments may result in suspended access.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee starts with your first successful paid subscription invoice. Request it through Billing within that period, or contact us if you cannot access Billing. An accepted guarantee request ends paid access immediately and cancels the subscription. Support processes eligible subscription refunds to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Cancelling and rejoining does not restart the guarantee or introductory offer. Outside this guarantee, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed with us.

7. Connected services and availability

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies and availability. You can disconnect integrations, but doing so may limit features that depend on them. We may update features, impose reasonable usage limits or interrupt access for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our control.

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free outputs. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality or non-infringement.

8. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Fullspan at any time. Cancel any subscription separately to stop renewal, and contact us to request account or workspace deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Request any needed copy of your information before closing your workspace. Retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature continue, including payment obligations already incurred, ownership and liability limits, survive termination.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fullspan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss arising from reliance on unverified AI outputs. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to Fullspan in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised terms with an updated date and give reasonable notice of material changes through the service or by email. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to a material change, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
