fullspan

For PR and communications agencies

A research colleague you talk to by email.

Forward a name, a URL or your call notes. fullspan researches, writes the pack, keeps the client record and files everything in a git repo you own. No dashboard to learn, though there is one if you want it.

What you get

Dossier

Profile, people, media log, timeline and sources for any company, from a name or a URL. Every claim cited.

Monitor

A refresh that only reports what changed since last time. Runs nightly for the watchlist, or when you ask.

Onboarding pack

Coverage audit, messaging, spokespeople, target journalists and podcasts, news calendar, crisis protocol, comment bank, discovery questions.

Contact report

Paste call or meeting notes. Get a client-ready report back, and the client record updated with actions and decisions.

Daily brief

Each morning: news moments matched to each client's trigger topics, plus overdue actions. Only for clients with an appetite for reactive work.

Client records

Relationship, strategic profile, reactivity, services and working knowledge. Each value with its source and date. Export to CSV.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Email it

Write to fullspan@agentmail.to the way you would write to a colleague. "We just won Acme, can you put the pack together? acme.com" is enough.

  2. Step 2

    It works in isolation

Each job runs in a fresh sandbox with a budget, a scoped set of tools and a skill written in plain language. Web content is treated as data, never as instructions.

  3. Step 3

    Everything is filed

Output is markdown and YAML committed to a private git repo you own. Reviewable, diffable, revertible. The reply lands in the same thread with a link.
